Case Details Extract: Insert Patient_Name and Patient_mrns values from Intake form
We have added Patient_Name and Patient_mrns values to the Case Details tab in the Case Details Extract when a patient record, intake form, or both forms are attached.
Previously, a patient not attached to a case did not present in the patient_name and patient_mrns details.

When a patient record is attached to the case:
- patient_name value is populated from the patient record
- patient_mrns value is populated from the patient record

When a patient record is not attached to the case and an intake form is present:

patient_name value is populated from the intake form

patient_mrns value is populated from the intake form

Issues resolved
We have addressed a number of bugs, including but not limited to:
- Resolved issue where some cases on Call Log Report are not showing up with cart/provider name.
- Addressed camera not automatically switching on C500 Carepoint.
- Fixed issue where Carepoint cart does not show up in participant list.
- Resolved issue where two columns are appearing in Case Details CSV although it has been removed from the Configured column.
- Fixed the Secondary TV source being sent from Enterprise — there should be no secondary source.
- Resolved misleading error message when updating general information of device in General tab.
- Corrected empty Facility Name on Device Configuration tab after Device Name is updated.
- Fixed error causing inability to Archive all cases at once from Miscellaneous Settings.
- Resolved the process Step Numbers not appearing on Test connection.
- Addressed inconsistent date format in the Case Details tab of the Case Details Extract.
- Fixed issue where the left sidebar is auto scrolled on Calendar workflow selection.
