_______________

Default screen brightness enhanced based on C500 model

This feature ensures the default screen brightness for newer C500 models is optimized with the newer screen panel. There is no impact on older C500 models.

_______________

Disable devices' ability to connect to unsecured or guest networks

Clients can now suppress access to unsecured and guest networks.

Please work with your Amwell representative to configure and enable this feature for you.

_______________

Support 802.11r Fast Transition feature on C250/C500

We have added support for the 802.11r Fast Transition feature across APs without needing reauthentication. We have also updated our wireless drivers to support network improvements.

_______________

Wi-Fi passwords containing standard special characters are allowed

We have resolved an issue that now allows special characters to be used in passwords for some methods of wireless network connection. These characters include:

` @ ! ~ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ - + = \ | ] } [ { " ; : / ? . > , < .

Please note an escape character is still required before a backslash ( \ ) in password on enterprise networks.

_______________

Introduced core elements around UI/UX for Converge

In addition to resolving a number of small UI-related issues, we have released functionality to support customers as they look to implement the Amwell Converge platform.

This will not impact customers using Amwell Hospital today.

Updating your C250, C500, TV Kit 100

All updates on the C250, C500, and TV Kit 100 are managed remotely through the Amwell Fleet Monitoring portal. Updates can either be applied automatically, or you can choose to manually trigger updates on a per-device basis.

If your device's settings are set to 'Simple' (default) or 'Advanced - Auto-Reboot', then one or both of these items will download the update(s) automatically when it detects the availability of a new version of the application and/or OS. The 'Simple' setting will download the OS update file only and will wait for a manual reboot to install the OS update. 'Advance - Auto-Reboot' will download the OS update and initiate a reboot to automatically install the OS update.

If the device's settings are set to 'Advanced - Manual', then please review the following instructions to manually update your device.

Refer to your device's User Guide for more information on "Remote Device Management" for each of the system update options.

VERIFY OS AND APP VERSIONS

In the Fleet Monitoring Dashboard, select the endpoint device to be updated and you can find the Application Version and OS Version under 'Device Info'.
