If a CA750 cart has become unresponsive or will not power on, there are a number of quick steps you can try to get it back online fast.
If there are no lights on the console:
Restore Power to the Cart.
There is a possibility that the cart has lost power or has been accidentally left unplugged or switched off.
Step 1: Check to ensure that the cart's Power Cable is plugged into the wall, and into the base of the cart itself.
Step 2: Check to ensure that the cart's breaker switch is in the I position.
NOTE: If a power surge has occurred, flip the switch to the O position for a count of 10 before flipping it back to I.
Step 3: Press the Power Button on the right hand side of the cart's Button Console Panel.
When the cart is plugged in, the lights on the right side of the Console should illuminate.
If you have restored power and the cart does not power on:
(Or if there are lights on the console but the cart doesn't respond.)

If you have a Cisco or Polycom enabled cart:
Step 1: Using a paperclip or similar, press and release the reset button inside the pinhole on the left hand side of the Console.
Step 2: Press and release the Power Button on the right hand side of the Console.
