We have recently discovered that users who have upgraded to the newest Chrome version 57.xx are not being able to make a video connection when utilizing Tokbox WebRTC (TokRTC) for video collaboration. This issue is specific to Chrome and does not affect Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. Customers currently using Vidyo for video collaborations are not affected.
Tokbox has been notified of this bug and should be addressing this issue quickly. We will provide another update to this announcement as soon as the fix has been implemented.
