My activation failed, what should I do now?

  • Try rebooting the CA200 and confirming that the Windows timezone is set correctly to the appropriate zone.
  • If activation still fails, please contact Avizia Support at support.avizia.com or support@avizia.com to obtain a new QR code.

I am having trouble connecting to the network

  • Check that the Wifi switch on the rear of the tablet is set to ON
  • The CA200’s does not support connecting to certain networks in-app.  In order to connect to these networks, you'll need to access the Windows Administrator user.
    • Guest networks (hotel, etc)
    • Hidden SSID
    • Enterprise radius
    • Static IP

My CA200 keeps going to Sleep instead of standby

  • When the whole device goes to sleep, the CA200 will lose connection to the fleet service.  We first want to check the Windows settings and ensure Sleep is set to never.
    • Activate the Start Menu (not just the start screen if in tablet mode) and type in “Power & Sleep Settings” (be sure to use the ampersand) and select it. That will open the Settings window for the correct pane.
    • Ensure Power & Sleep is displayed at the top (or selected on the left if window is wider).
    • On the right, in the Screen section, make sure the When Plugged in, Turn Off After setting is set to a value reasonable for the type of work you do.
    • Below that, in the Sleep section, make sure the When Plugged in PC Goes to Sleep After setting is set to Never
    • Close the window.

Incoming calls to the CA200 is not received/ Incoming call is received but does not connect

  • Ensure network is connected and the necessary firewall ports are open
