Issues resolved

We have addressed a number of bugs, including but not limited to:

Resolved completed Stroke cases indicating Stroke Intake and Stroke Thrombolytic Administration Tracking as not complete.
Addressed issue of some cases detail elements not showing in the Case Details Extract report.
Resolved UI issues:
- Fixed page header getting stuck when user scrolls up
- Resolved missing icons for mandatory fields when creating calendar appointments or scheduling
- Addressed inconsistencies with the "Workflow" dropdown on New Bulk Schedule page
- Corrected the external Quick Connect URL presenting as a hyperlink instead of the intended click-to-copy-to-clipboard functionality.
- Resolved users receiving two error popups when users enter a wrong password
