Added OS and App upgrade behavior for bulk updates to Fleet Carepoints

Carepoint upgrade behavior is now available for bulk operations. Fleet Enterprise users will be able to select multiple Carepoints and set the Upgrade Behavior to Simple, Advanced Manual, or Advanced Auto-reboot.

Added Ethernet MAC address field in the Fleet Metric Extract

We have added a new field capturing Carepoint Ethernet MAC addresses in the Fleet Metrics Extract.

Issues resolved

We have addressed a number of bugs, including but not limited to:

Resolved issue where Enterprise users are unable to add "Other" type of endpoints (non Amwell Carepoints).
