Click to Move Feature for 5x and 20x Camera

When the user clicks within the video window, the camera position will automatically pan and tilt to focus on that specific location selected. Additionally, a [ ? ] tooltip icon has been added to the 5x and 20x PTZ controls to inform users that the camera can be operated by clicking within the video window. The message displayed in the tooltip is: "You can move the camera by clicking on its feed." This applies to both Talk to Patient and View Patient calls.

Resolved Issues

• Fixed an issue where the TV is not switching back to the previous source after a Talk to Patient call is made.
  In the scenario where the TV is on the TV channels source and also turned off before the call, the TV correctly powers off after a Talk to Patient call is made, but when it is powered back on, it is incorrectly on the TV Kit source instead of the TV channels source. This issue has been fixed so that the TV now correctly starts on the TV channel source after the TV is powered back on.

• Fixed an issue where the TV is inadvertently switching to the TV Kit source after a View Patient call is made.
  This issue has been fixed so that after a View Patient call is made, the TV source remains on the current selection and does not change.
