Issues Resolved
- Fixed external PTZ camera waking from the privacy position unexpectedly for some actions. Now, the PTZ camera stays in the privacy position when toggling Auto-Answer and On-Screen Keyboard.
CONVERGE PLATFORM UPDATES:
- Enable C500 camera switching during a call
Added support for remote switching between two FECC-capable cameras during a call. Now, C500 users are able to remotely switch between two PTZ-capable cameras while on a call (i.e. a C500 equipped with a 10x/20x PTZ camera will also have the native 4x ePTZ camera).
Click the "Switch Camera" icon to preview and select the additional PTZ camera associated with the device.
