  • Java runtime is required and must be enabled to run Cisco WebEx for video and screen sharing collaboration. If Java is not enabled on the client browser, the user will be prompted to install a WebEx installer on first load. Internet Explorer requires ActiveX be enabled. The latest version of Java is highly recommended to be installed.

Cisco Telepresence:

  • Avizia can integrate into a customer’s existing Cisco Telepresence. Avizia's servers require secure access to the client’s TMS server including the TMS username, password, domain, and service URL. TMS endpoints are able to be registered within Avizia applications in addition to free form dialing leveraging the client TMS. The Cisco Jabber client must be installed and active for desktop and mobile video conferencing to leverage the TMS integration.

  • Avizia can integrate into a customer’s existing Polycom RealPresence. Avizia currently integrates with Polycom DMA, and will need a secure https connection between Avizia web servers and the client’s DMA.
