Maintenance Release
- This is a maintenance release with only minor backend changes. This release impacts all users who have configured their device to automatically reboot after an operating system (OS) update. Previously, when the OS update completed, these systems would reboot regardless of whether the device was in a call. Now the OS reboot will wait wait until the call or other activity has completed and the device is idle before rebooting.
- Changes will not impact or disrupt your current workflows, and no user action is needed.

Important Notification
On Wednesday, October 9 from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. ET, Amwell will conduct scheduled maintenance on the Hospital and Converge Carepoint Calling platforms which will cause multiple 60-90 second periods of downtime during the 4-hour maintenance window.
How does this affect you?
The Hospital and Converge Carepoint Calling platforms will be available during this maintenance window, however we’re asking you to please approach this as 4 hours of potential downtime and be prepared with any downtime procedures and protocols your organization may use.
What can you expect from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. on Wednesday, October 9 –
- Calls already connected or in progress will remain connected.
