We will be releasing a small update for the Amwell TV Kit 200L including the following fixes. This release will be available on Thursday, November 14, 2024 between 1 and 4 AM ET.
Issues Resolved
- Added auto-reboot logic to help address an intermittent issue with the 30x PTZ camera, which causes echoing audio on the provider’s side. With this change, the camera will automatically reboot daily between 8-9AM EST. This reboot helps to preemptively resolve the echoing behavior.
