We’re updating Amwell Hospital on Tuesday, November 19th, 2024, between 9PM and 12AM ET:
- This release is a maintenance release only with minor UI updates and bug fixes.
- Changes will not impact or disrupt your current workflows, and no user action is needed.
- If you have a current ticket open and pending a “fix” or update you will receive more information via your support ticket
- C250 devices will cease functioning on Amwell’s Hospital and Converge platforms. These devices were announced as EOL in March of 2022 to end service in June of 2024. That was extended to November of 2024. If you have not already identified a solution to migrate to, please contact your Amwell account manager to discuss alternative Amwell solutions including the C500 Carepoint Cart, TV Kit 200, or Touchpoint Tablet.
