Enhancements
- Added the ability for providers to mute other participants during a call, providing better control over audio interruptions and ensuring smoother communication for everyone involved. When muted, participants are notified with the message: "Your mic has been muted. Unmute to speak!" They retain the option to unmute themselves at any time.

Fixed a bug with virtual background feature where the virtual background is not automatically applied when set as the default background at the admin level.

Fixed an issue with dial out feature where calls were not being placed when inviting a call participant via this method.

Fixed a bug where setting custom ringtone duration was not working as expected.

Fixed an issue related to the behavior of hiding/showing the Camera PTZ controls. When hiding and then showing the PTZ control panel, camera preset options will show immediately instead of requiring the user to switch between cameras to see these options.
