“Doorbell” option for Talk to Patient Calls - If enabled, the new Doorbell feature will cause Talk to Patient calls to begin as View Patient calls, with an added option to “Start Call”. Selecting Start Call will switch the call over to a standard Talk to Patient call, and the provider will see a "Doorbell" button in the bottom-right corner of the call controls bar. Pressing this button will trigger a ringtone on the patient's end to capture their attention. The button remains accessible during the call, allowing multiple activations if necessary.

Switching from audio to video for both provider and patient - Providers can now seamlessly switch from an audio call to a video call with a single click. When the "Switch to Video" button is enabled, clicking it will activate both the provider and patient’s cameras.

Concurrent monitoring session indicator - While in a View Patient or Talk to Patient call, the provider will see an eye icon to indicate if a concurrent eSitter session is active for the same patient. Hovering over the icon reveals the names of the sitter(s) currently monitoring the patient, with multiple names listed if applicable.

View Patient and Talk to Patient Privacy Mode - A Privacy Mode option has been added to View Patient and Talk to Patient call types, allowing the camera view of the patient to be blurred for a set duration. When enabled, the provider can select a duration (5, 10, or 15 minutes) for how long the video feed of the patient is blurred for.

Preferred Language display in eSitter - Supports the ability for the sitter to see the patient’s preferred language while monitoring the patient.

Rapid Response capability in eSitter - With this new feature, virtual nurses/sitters can initiate a “rapid response procedure” with one click. After initiating the rapid response, the virtual sitter will take control of all of the actions/interventions and workflows in a way where other providers that are simultaneously monitoring or performing rounding will have no options to communicate with the patient and/or perform any action.
