The following release notes are for version 10.20 of the American Well Touchpoint for iOS and Android supported devices.
Apps for iOS and Android will be submitted for review on Thursday, February 14, 2019. We will send a followup note when the apps are approved for their respective app stores and are available to download to your mobile device.

View Shift-based calendars
Your mobile devices now have the ability to view all shift-based calendars created within Clinical Module. The mobile app does not provide any edit/update capabilities.
Ability to see user online/offline status
You can now view the status of other participants — whether online (green) or offline (gray).
A green indicator will be shown in the following areas if you or a user is logged into the app:

A gray indicator will be shown in the following areas if you or a user is logged out of the app, or deleted the mobile app:

New naming convention for group messages
All new groups messages will display the following format for the group name: "Conversation: [Month] [date] [time]" of when the conversation was first created. This default conversation name will persist until a participant changes it.
A conversation name can be edited when a participant manually changes it by selecting 'Edit Group Name' within the group chat's i (information) page.
When messaging with only one other person, you will see that participant's name.
Provider List Directory displayed with Last Name first
The Provider list is now presented with Last Name first and in alphabetical order by Last Name.
'My Cases' now listed with newest cases first
The Touchpoint mobile app now displays the 'My Cases' page with the most recent cases first, This aligns with the web experience, and you can scroll from most recent to the older cases.
