Adjusted Provider On Call Reports to hide "trailing hours" that roll over to the next day
In order to minimize schedule overlap and possible confusion for shifts with hours that roll over into a second day, we have removed the "trailing hours" from the previous day's shifts when generating Provider On Call Reports.
For on call calendars that are 24-hours, the daily Provider On Call report will now only show the first unique calendar shift, not the trailing hours from the previous shift.
EXAMPLE: Provider A shift starts on 4/30 at 7am and ends on 5/1 at 7am. Provider B shift starts on 5/1 at 7am, and ends 5/2 at 7am. The Provider On Call Report generated on 12/1 should only show Provider B 7am-7am and not the trailing 12am-7am hours for Provider A which began on the previous day).
For on call calendars that are less than 24-hours, the Provider On Call report will show all shifts that day starting with the first unique calendar shift scheduled after 12am.
EXAMPLE: Provider A shift is 4/30 from 6pm to 6am on 5/1, Provider B is on call on 5/1 from 6am-12pm, Provider C is on call on 5/1 from 12pm-6pm and Provider D is on call from 6pm on 5/1 to 6am on 5/2. The Provider On Call report will show all shifts for the day starting with the first unique after 12am. The 5/1 Report will show:
- Provider B 6am-12pm
- Provider C 12pm-6pm
- Provider D 6pm-6am
Any on call shift schedule more than 24 hours will show in 24-hour increments.
EXAMPLE: A schedule from 9am 4/21 to 9pm 4/23 will show:
- Report for 12/21 –> 9am (12/21) - 9am (12/22)
- Report for 12/22 –> 9am (12/22) - 9am (12/23)
- Report for 12/23 –> 9am (12/23) - 9pm (12/23)
Changed format for Date/Time field in Reports
We have amended the date/time field for reports generated on the clinical side of the platform. This allows the CSV downloaded format to be Excel file compatible:
- updated the Privacy and Terms of Service links on login page
- updated the copyright information
- added a new link called "Legal" on the login page beside the Terms link
- updated user agreement terms that are presented when a new clinical user signs up
- updated the default clinical user agreement terms
