Enable and Retrieve Trace Logs on C210

Accessories required: USB Keyboard

 

1. Navigate to About device option on tablet

2.  Click or tap about 10 times on the Application version number

3. Admin tab should now be displayed. Tap to the Admin Tab

4. From the drop down for Minimum Log Level, select trace. You will now need to restart the device.

To Retrieve the logs, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Plug in keyboard ->
  2. CTRL+ALT+DEL
  3. Login AviziaService
  4. AviziaAdmin123! (or whatever your password is for service account)
  5. Alter the following Folder Options:
  6. View Hidden Items
  7. View File extensions
  8. Navigate to C:\Users\CA200\AppData\Local\Packages\Avizia.Atom.UWP_XXXXXXXX\LocalState\MetroLogs
  9. Copy all logs to USB stick
