Updated video call interface theme
We have refreshed the icons, images, and backgrounds related to the video call interface. These are subtle and purely cosmetic changes — there are no changes that affect functionality, or will affect your workflow in any way.
End Call on C750 carts when the last participant leaves the call in Cases
When the last Clinical participant leaves the call where an Amwell C750 cart was utilized, the C750 will disconnect from the call automatically. Previously, the C750 cart would remain in the call until someone manually ended the call, or the cart timed out.
NOTE: Only the last participant, who is logged into the American Well Clinical portal and uses the Cases page to join a call, will be able to trigger the C750 cart to end the call when they leave the call. Any call participant invited to join via the Connect module (SIP call, audio-only call, browser/webcam), who is the last participant and leaves the call, will not trigger the C750 cart to end the call.
NOTE: Carts must be registered to your Enterprise site for this functionality to work.
