Release Notes: C250 App Update v1.0.0

NOTABLE FEATURES AND FIXES IN THIS RELEASE:
✓ Fixed issue with manual update mode automatically accepting updates
✓ Ability to revisit Network Settings during First Time Setup

UPDATING THE C250
All updates on the C250 are managed remotely through the American Well Fleet Monitoring portal. Updates can either be applied automatically, or clients can choose to manually trigger updates on a per-device basis.

Refer to the C250 Configuration and User Guide for more information on Remote Device Management and System Updates.

NOTE:
If your device is in Manual mode, this initial app update will occur automatically, shortly after we deploy the release, due to a bug in the current version of the app.  Going forward, the Manual Update behavior will behave as designed due to the fix included in this release.  There is no downtime associated with this update, and we do not expect any impact on normal operation.

In This Release

Fixed issue with manual update mode automatically accepting updates

We have addressed an issue where the C250 device performs an automatic app/OS update even when the device's setting is configured for manual updates.

Now, if the device is presented with a new app/OS update, and it is configured for manual update, the device will not update automatically — it will only update if the app update is pushed manually from the Fleet monitoring portal.

_____

Ability to revisit Network Settings during First Time Setup

We have added a way for you to modify your Network Settings, as needed, during the First Time Setup wizard.
