In This Release

Removed appointment duration field from Case, PDF, CDD, and RTF

We have removed the appointment 'Duration' field from the Case Details page, as well as from the PDF, CCD, and RTF reports. The 'Appointment Time' will remain.

Please note that this is unrelated to 'Case Duration'.

The appointment duration indicated is misleading as it seems to indicate the case time in its entirety, rather than the amount of time set aside for a scheduled appointment within the case (time between when an appointment was scheduled to start and when it was scheduled to end).

The case details report will continue to have the case duration field (how long the case actually lasted). No data is being removed.

FLEET: New C750 and C760 Fleet Metrics

We are including some wireless metrics for C750 (Cisco, Polycom, Vidyo) and C760 (Webex) carts that are a part of your fleet. You will see this information on the Device Details and Fleet Manager pages.

NOTE: The following rows for cart details will ONLY appear when the cart is connected via Wi-Fi. If it is connected via Ethernet, then these rows will not be presented.

WI-FI AP MAC
In addition to recognizing a connected wireless access point through the Fleet Monitoring portal, we are now reporting the MAC address of that wireless AP to the Enterprise portal.

WI-FI SSID
We are now reporting the wireless SSID to the Enterprise portal. You will see this information on the Device Details and Fleet Manager pages.

WI-FI SIGNAL STRENGTH
We are now reporting the wireless signal strength percentage to the Enterprise portal. You will see this information on the Device Details and Fleet Manager pages.

  • When the cart is in 'Single Client Mode' (SC), there will be TWO Wi-Fi signal quality metrics (one for Cart, one for Codec). This will be presented in two separate rows.
  • When the cart is in 'Work Group Bridge Mode' (WGB), there is just one metric presented.

Refreshed branding for system emails and alerts

We have replaced old corporate logos and wording with the appropriate American Well branding for the parts pertaining to emails, SMS/MMS, and pager notifications. There are no changes in functionality.

Please note that in our continued effort to align the overall corporate branding and provide improved usability across the American Well portfolio, we will continue to incrementally roll out visual changes to the user interface, as well as coding updates for responsiveness and scalability.
