Updated People selection tool

We have updated the People selection tool within the Clinical web platform. While there is no change to the way you use the People selection tool, you may notice minor aesthetic changes, as well as the responsiveness of the modal so that it functions properly across various device screen sizes.

Updated the Terms, Privacy, and Legal modals

The Terms, Privacy, and Legal components of the site have been updated. There are no changes to the content copy, only the code for the structure of those components have been updated for site alignment and responsiveness.
