✓ Stroke Intake form in Case Creation
✓ App store 'Developer' identification change
In This Release
Stroke intake form in Case Creation
You are now able to fill in the Stroke Intake form at Case Creation on your mobile device. You will be able to enter stroke-related information such as the LKW and ED Arrival when creating the case so the stroke timers can start immediately.
As with the clinical web portal, you must fill in the mandatory field(s) before proceeding, and the form can be edited within the case as well. If it is edited in the case, the timers will be reflected according to the changes made.
All of the form details — timestamps, user details, actions, etc. — will be captured in all reporting and audit trails.
App store 'Developer' identification change
The descriptions for the Clinical mobile apps made available through the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store have been correctly updated to reflect the developer as American Well.
