'My Cases' updated with new site branding and format
'My Cases' has been updated with some of the continued branding efforts we are making in order to make our products easy and intuitive for you as you help your patients, and scalable for further development and growth. You will also notice some reformatted sections to help you digest the case details more efficiently.
Added tabs to differentiate active and completed appointments
As with your cases, we have added tabs to help differentiate your active and completed cases. You will also notice some reformatted sections to help you quickly identify your appointment statuses.
Allow patients to reconnect to an active video room
Patients invited to connect to a video call from Amwell Hospital are now able to re-join the video call with the provider if they missed the initial call or are disconnected for whatever reason — the link for the video room will continue to be active, even upon refreshing or relaunching their browser.
NOTE: Patients re-joining a call is only possible if a provider or clinical user is in the active video room associated with his/her respective case.
