In This Release
Copy a guest invite URL from the "Add Participants" screen
When inviting participants to your call, we have added an option for you to "Copy Guest Link" from the "Call Participants" dialog box. Of course, you may send an invite using the provided options under "Select invitation method" (Directory, Phone, Email, SMS).
Tap the "Add Participants" button at the bottom left of the video controls. Then, tapping "Copy" at the lower right will copy the invite URL to the clipboard for you to paste and send to participants using other messaging options (such as an EHR patient portal).
NOTE: This link stays active as long as the case is open and only expires when the case is archived.
The invited participants click on the link, they will see the “Guest Invite” page that prompts for the person’s name and whether they are patient, provider, or other.
Patient contact details are now available as call options
You can now see the patient's contact as a selectable option within a case when adding a participant to a call. The patient intake form must be populated with the patient's email, phone, or SMS in order for the options to be available to you — you won't have to manually enter the number or email to add the patient to the call.
Non-providers with permissions can now complete cases on Touchpoint
Administrators can now set permissions for additional roles to be able to complete cases.
Administrators can add and modify "Case Permissions" on the web under Tools > System Settings and selecting the "Permissions" tab.
NOTE: By the default the Provider role is automatically set to be able to complete cases. You must create a new permission setting in order to allow other roles to have the ability to complete cases.
Updated the 'Welcome' screen
Our last release included a redesigned "Welcome Screen" to include a more descriptive "Join a call" button. We have tweaked that card to say "Patient Video Call" to provide clearer guidance for patients connecting to video using Touchpoint. Tapping this card will provide instructions on joining a call.
Also, the "Community Pin" screen has been updated when tapping the "Provider Log In" card.
Notable bug fixes
- Fixed issue for dropped peripheral device causing the entire call to end.
- Addressed calls not ending on a C250 when Touchpoint ends the call.
- Fixed the ability to updated Hemorrhagic Stroke and Thrombectomy forms.
- Addressed issue with the video call duration timer.
- Fixed online users showing as offline.
