Enhancements

  • Drag to move feature for View Patient and Talk to Patient Calls: The Drag-to-Move feature has been introduced for camera control, enabling easier navigation during Talk to Patient and View Patient sessions. Camera control options can now be configured to allow selection between Drag-to-Zoom, Drag-to-Move, or both. When both options are enabled, Drag-to-Zoom is set as the default.
Note: The Drag-to-Move option is available for both the TV Kit built-in camera and the 20x PTZ camera, while Drag-to-Zoom is only available for 20x PTZ camera. When the Drag-to-Zoom option has been selected, the navigation for the TV Kit built-in camera remains as Click-to-Move.

  • AMN Translation services: A language selection feature has been added for AMN interpreter service providers, ensuring the correct interpreter is available before an invitation is sent. A dropdown list now allows users to select a preferred language, with all languages sorted alphabetically and "Other Language" positioned at the end. If the patient's preferred language is not listed, selecting "Other Language" enables interpreter selection via voice command, maintaining the existing workflow.

  • Patient Privacy in View Patient and Talk to Patient calls: The Patient Privacy button has been relocated for a more streamlined experience. It is now accessible from the "More options" dropdown in the call bar, positioned below the Night Vision button.  The button will only be visible when the patient is on the main screen and clicking it will either open the Patient Privacy modal or disable privacy mode if it’s already active.

  • eSitter AI enhancement – Verbal Redirect upon AI alert: When configuring an AI use case e.g. “Getting out of bed”, the sitter can now choose if they want to initiate a Verbal Redirection audio message when the alert is triggered.

  • Reporting Dashboard - Patient privacy data for View Patient and Talk to Patient calls: When patient privacy is enabled/disabled in a view patient or talk to patient call, the Hellocare portal dashboard will report on these events using the following statuses:

    • Care Provider Activated Patient Privacy

    • Care Provider Disabled Patient Privacy

Bug Fixes

  • General bug fixes related to AI performance in eSitter.
  • Fixed a UI bug where precautions were overlapping with “preferred language” dropdown in eSitter.
  • Fixed a bug in eSitter where the stat alarm volume was being impacted if a sitter changed the general call audio volume.
  • Fixed an issue in eSitter where clicking on the Tree View list caused the list of devices being monitored to be hidden. Now, selecting an item in the tree view correctly retains and displays all devices being monitored as expected.
