We’re updating Amwell Devices on Tuesday, April 8th, 2025, between 9PM and 12AM ET. This release is a maintenance release only with minor UI updates and bug fixes.
Changes will not impact or disrupt your current workflow, and no user action is needed. If you have a current ticket open and pending a "fix" or update, you will receive more information via your support ticket.
Bug Fixes
- Adding retry mechanism to find all media devices connected to an Amwell Carepoint device before sending back an empty response.
- Adding retry attempts to locate Axis IP Camera before sending camera disconnected flag when TV Kit 100 comes online to ensure it is recognized as being connected, and a Camera Disconnected alert is not sent from Fleet-Web or Enterprise.
