Release Notes: Amwell TV Kit 200S (25-0423 )

On Wednesday, April 23, we're updating the TV Kit 200S with the following feature enhancements and issue remediations. No downtime nor further action from you is expected.

Enhancements

• • Improved naming conventions for patient data in View Patient, Talk to Patient, and eSitter calls to ensure consistent naming across all call types

    • Patient is now Patient's Name

    • Preferred Name is now Patient's Preferred Name 

    • DOB is now Date of Birth

  • When applicable based on client setup, a new column for Encounter ID (CSN) is now included in the Dashboard CSV report. The new column, labeled Patient Encounter ID, follows the Patient MRN column and matches the data shown in the dashboard.  

Bug Fixes

• • Resolved a bug in the 20x PTZ camera preset-saving logic to ensure each preset is added to the list immediately upon saving. 

  • Updated the list of available languages for Language Line interpreter services - “British Sign Language” is now a supported option, and “Test Language” has been removed as an option.

  • Resolved issue with automated TV input switching, which was impacting TV Kits connected to the TV via HDMI 2.

  • Resolved issue with eSitter Privacy Mode feature, which was causing the privacy blur to persist after the privacy timer expires.

  • Resolved issue preventing patient’s Preferred Name from updating in the eSitter interface in real time.

  • Resolved issue causing the 20x PTZ to fail to return to its default privacy position after rebooting the device.

  • Resolved issue in the Call Logs data where Stat Alarm activation and deactivation times where showing in local time instead of UTC.
