Reporting: Case Details Extract now includes Touchpoint as Case Origin
We have added Touchpoint to the "case_origin" column on the "Case Details" tab of the Case Details Extract report. This will enable you to see how many cases are being generated via the Touchpoint app and Touchpoint utilization.
Clarified password reset requirements on Enterprise Admin portal
We have provided clarifying requirements for password reset on the Enterprise portal for those administrators managing Carepoint devices or users for your Clinical portal.
The requirements are at least 8 characters, at least 1 number, at least 1 symbol, and at least 1 upper case letter. It cannot be one of your previous 5 passwords.
