"Test Connection" now available within the primary navigation bar

We have added the test connection tool to the "Tools" tab of the header menu for quick accessibility for logged-in users.

Fleet: Bulk Management: Confirmation Dialog on Submit of Bulk

Case Details Extract: Addition of Phone and Video specific date and time fields.

We have made a series of improvements to our Case Details Extract report.
The following date fields were added:

  • First Video Start: This new column gives the first video start time as entered into the time tracking form.
  • First Video End: This new column gives the first video end time as entered into the time tracking form.
  • First Phone Start: This new column gives the first phone start time as entered into the time tracking form.
  • First Phone End: This new column gives the first phone end time as entered into the time tracking form.

In addition, the following fields within the case Time Tracking form have been renamed:

  • “Imaging: Patient enroute to CT” is now “Imaging: Patient Enroute to CT”
  • “EMS Dispatch time” is now “EMS Dispatch Time”

Reporting: Display New "Failed" Message in Status Column for Reports that Timed Out 

When an Extract report is run in the system and it does not successfully complete report generation, a new "Failed" message will be displayed. When this occurs please re-run the report.

NOTE: The user must have Notifications enabled under Profile & Account: Notifications and "Web" set to Always.

System Settings: Permissions History CVS Output

Users with access to the "System Settings" pages of a Clinical Portal now have the ability to download the full list of "Permissions History" in a CSV format. This button will give all the information on the current page and subsequent pages in a CSV format which allows easy sorting and searching.

Patient Portal: Test connection phone number auto-populates for the patient

When a patient checks in for the visit from the EHR, Amwell prompts for a tech check to ensure the webcam and mic are working. This improvement populates a text box on that intake with the patient's cellphone retrieved from the EHR so that the patient doesn't have to type it themselves. This can be edited if the patient wants to use a different phone number.

Bug fixes

We have addressed a number of bugs, including:

  • Clinical Portal: Phones with width less than 320 px breaks the button text by pushing it into a second line. The Button is now properly visible with all text inside the button.
  • Addressed the "Which Workflow" page appearing momentarily while user is working through "Create A Case"
  • Resolved a bug to ensure the Join Call button is always available for patients if the provider is already in the call
