- System Settings: Permissions History CSV Output download button does not appear
- Users unable to download PDF or CCD files from Case Details page

System Settings: Permissions History CSV Output download button does not appear
We have resolved the issue where users with access to the "System Settings" pages of a Clinical Portal were not able to download the full list of "Permissions History" in a CSV format. This button is now available and will give all the information on the current page and subsequent pages in a CSV format, which allows easy sorting and searching.
Some users unable to download PDF or CCD files from Case Details page
We have fixed an issue where some users (without an attached or integrated camera)
were experiencing inactive buttons to download PDF or CCD files from the Case Details page. These file download options are now available to users.
