Reporting: Case Details Extract — New eConsent tracking column for Touchpoint Tablet

An upcoming Touchpoint Tablet update will include an eConsent form for providers to present to patients which grants the provider the authority to provide medical services. When eConsent tracking is enabled, a new "eConsent" column will be added to the Case Details extract:

  • if a patient has given consent, the report will indicate "Y"
  • if the patient has not provided consent, the field will be left blank

NOTE: The eConsent column will not appear in the extract report if consent tracking is disabled in the Care Access Forms tab of the Enterprise portal. Please contact your Amwell representative for more details.

Reporting: Provider Details Extract report replacement and update

The "Provider Detail Extract" report is being renamed as the "Registered Users Detail Extract" which will provide greater detail with the addition of new reporting columns.

This report gives enhanced metrics and a complete listing of users within the enterprise, simplifying user management. The downloaded "Registered Users Detail Extract" report will contain two tabs:

  • Registered Users Detail Extract: This provides a complete user list of active users for that clinical portal. NOTE: users who exist for an enterprise but do not have access to the clinical portal the report is pulled from will not appear.
  • Filter: This tab provides all the filters applied to generate the report.

NOTE: We recommend running a single report at a time due to the large amounts of data this report must compile.

Fleet: Updated Camera Disconnected Alert to Include the C250

The current Fleet Monitoring alert for Camera Disconnected will now be expanded to include the C250 Carepoint, as well as the TV Kit-100. The alert will only send if the device has alerts enabled.

NOTE: We will be adding the disconnected camera alert for C500 in a subsequent release.

C500/C250: Added support for the Firefly General Exam camera  

The Firefly General Exam Camera has been added to the list of peripheral devices available to use in a call when it is connected to the Amwell C500 and C250 Carepoints.

This peripheral is available through the C500 School-Based Bundle now and will be available for purchase standalone later this year. Contact your Amwell sales representative for more details

Added option for users to leave the Title field blank in their profile

We have added a "No title" option for users who prefer to leave the "Title" field blank on their profile page.

Bug fixes

We have addressed a number of bugs, including: 

  • IE 11 Electron app: fixed join video call button.
  • Changed display so that the newest appointments appear at the top rather than at the bottom on the patient's profile page. New items should appear at the top in sort order so they are easier to find future events. 
  • Addressed Video call layout changing yet the layout selection option not reflecting that change.
  • Resolved a bug for multi-tap on cart devices resulting in a second case being created from a cart.
