Release Note: Amwell C250, C500, TV Kit 100

We will be releasing a small feature update and some hotfixes for the C250, C500, and TV Kit 100 Carepoints on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 9PM ET.

NOTE: There is no installation update required for your Amwell Carepoints.

Enable local PTZ controls for the embedded C500 4x ePTZ camera

End users at the cart will now be able to maneuver the embedded C500 4x ePTZ camera locally — this will allow local adjustment of the camera position to show the embedded camera to the other call participants.

• User can PAN and TILT the camera position with the up/down/left/right arrow keys 
• User can use the ZOOM slider to zoom in and out

Issues resolved

• Tapping to wake a 'sleeping' C250/C500 device will create a case if the tap selects a service line 
  When a C250/C500 is asleep, tapping the cart on a service line can create a case. This fix will ensure that tapping to wake-up will not create the case in the same tap.
• Ensure incoming calls display appropriately on carts
  This fix ensures assets are pre-loaded onto carts so that the initial call is successful.
