Low Network Signal Strength snack bar notification adjustments
The Network Connectivity error message has been reduced in size so as to prevent the notification from obstructing the user's view of the video controls. In addition, the error message will:
- be visible when network connectivity is low
- only visible for 5 seconds

Added new user credentials to Clinical portal
The following credentials have been added to the Clinical portal — users may now select from these additional options on their user Profile page:
- LPC (License Professional Counselor)
- CAC (Certified Addiction Counselor)
- CAADC (Certified Advanced Alcohol Drug Counselor)
- CBS (Certified Behavioral Specialist)

Issues resolved
We have addressed a number of bugs, including but not limited to:
- Resolved issue with Fleet's Timeline badge not adjusting properly
- Addressed the Patient Demographics Save & Submit Form being disabled by a hidden field error
- Fixed the issue where Fleet Metrics Report is ready for download and no longer needs a page refresh to see an active Download button
